For Summer 2015, HHC partnered with Guild to design and construct eight semi-permanent modular pods to house the top vendors of the heavy trafficked outdoors food market, Seaport Smorgasburg. Fabricated using steel, wood, and perforated metal, these attention grabbing faceted forms offered purveyors an array of amenities that are not typically found in outdoor food markets including running water, electricity, and refrigeration. The modular pods were featured in The NY Times: T Magazine.
